Our mission at Twin Peaks Catering is to provide you with a "Peak
Experience." The Twin Peaks Catering logo is symbolic of our
dedication to go the extra mile. The climber journeyed to the top of the
peak and the bird is still steaming! We go the extra mile for every
wedding we cater, every entrée we serve, and every platter we deliver.

Company Profile
Twin Peaks Catering was born out of a love for the mountains. Just as you
have chosen to have your catered event in Lake Tahoe for its majesty, we have
chosen to make Lake Tahoe our home. Lake Tahoe is populated with people from all
over the world who are here to pursue a quality of life & adventure that pours
over into their play & working time. Twin Peaks Catering is run by people who
demand top quality in everything they do, and this shines through in every event
we cater, from backyard BBQ’s to elegant plated affairs!! |

Michael Tebbutt is the owner of Twin Peaks Catering. He has worked in the
restaurant and catering industry for over 15 years. He has trained extensively
under chefs from all over the world. His culinary experiences range from working
as a line cook in high volume restaurants to being the head chef of a small
gourmet restaurant.
He has also spent several years working the front of the house in fine dining
restaurants and hotel banquets, rounding out his skills with excellent service
of fine cuisine.
Chef Carl Simoneau has cooking in his soul. He was raised in Quebec where he
learned to enjoy fine food and wine at an early age. He attended culinary school
in Montreal, after which his passion led him to France in the pursuit to further
his education. Carl eventually found his way to Lake Tahoe, leaving shortly to
be the chef for the Cirque du Soleil, returning because of his love for the
mountains.
Claudine Gavin has worked several years with Twin Peaks Catering supplementing
her full time career. A New Jersey native who made her move to the West coast
several years ago, she now works full time with us assisting clients with event
planning. Her goal is to make certain that every event happens just as the
client envisioned them!
