Lisa Joakamides works in our catering kitchen to create her fabulous wedding cakes. All of Lisa’s cakes are made from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients.

I have known and worked with Lisa for over a decade and feel privileged to be able to work with someone of her caliber. Her cakes are among the best that I have ever tasted and her secret ingredient is “love”. As I tell everyone when I refer them to Lisa, “I have never really cared much for cake and always had ice cream cakes, cheesecakes, and pies for my birthdays. However, the exception to the rule is, Lisa’s cakes are so good that once I have finished eating my first piece, I always have to wash it down with a second piece.”
